Thrall Creation Rules
Any living (excludes Vampires, Wraith and Mummy) character can become a Thrall. Included first are the 'upgrade package'. This should only be used by Thralls converted in character.
Thrall Upgrade:
Add "Faith Potential" as a trait to your character sheet. Use your best judgment for the rating.
Changeling: Faith is equal to 1/2 their Glamour score, rounded down. The Changeling begins to enter Bedlam. Each month Enthralled increases Bedlam another stage and gains 1 point of Faith. This can raise their Faith above 5. Until the Enthrallment is over, there is no cure for their Bedlam. Minimum of Faith 2.
Imbued: Faith is equal to one less their highest Virtue. This can raise their Faith above 5. The Hunter loses access to all Edges. Minimum of Faith 3.
Mage: Faith is equal to their Arete score. Minimum of Faith 2.
Werewolf: Faith is equal to 1/2 their Gnosis score, rounded down. You register as Wyrm-tainted. Rite of Cleansing cannot remove it and will only make you ill and sore. Minimum of Faith 2.
All Others:
Faith 2: Every PC is assumed to have Faith 2, at least by the point a Demon has opened them to their world.
Faith 3: Any deeply religious character is considered Faith 3. This would be an average Priest, for example.
Faith 4: Any zealotously religious character is considered Faith 4. Buddhist monks, fundamentalist Preachers.
Faith 5: Only a handful are Faith 5. This is the hallmark of the Pope and the Dalai Lama.
Add "Enhancements" to your character. These Enhancements are assigned by your Demon master. Each Enhancement uses up one available Faith Potential point. Remaining Faith Potential are used for harvest by your Demon master.
Note: If you have used an Upgrade package, you do not have access to the backgrounds Attentive Master or Exposure. Attentive Master is played out In Character and Exposure is reflected by your character's prior background.
Standard Creation Array: Step One: Choose Nature and Demeanor.
Step Two: Select Attributes (6/4/3)Attributes start with one dot.
Step Three: Select Abilities (11/7/4)Secondaries are half-cost, and may only be purchased with Freebies. One Freebie is equal to two ranks in a Secondary Ability. Experience costs are Current Rating, or 3 for a New Secondary.
Step Four: Select Advantages Choose Backgrounds: (5). Backgrounds may be gained in character.
Record Faith Potential: 1. This can be increased with Freebies.
Choose Enhancements, if any.
Step Five: Finishing Touches Choose Virtues (Conscience, Self-Control, Courage (7): Virtues start with one dot.
Record Willpower (Sum of your two highest Virtues): 7 is the maximum willpower you can have at character creation.
Spend Freebies: (21) plus history freebies (15) for a total of (36) freebie points.
Free Lore: 1 dot in Fallen Lore.

Step Three: Select Abilities (16/11/7)Secondaries are half-cost, and may only be purchased with Freebies. One Freebie is equal to two ranks in a Secondary Ability. Experience costs are Current Rating, or 3 for a New Secondary.
Step Four: Select Advantages Choose Backgrounds: (10). Backgrounds may be gained in character.
Record Faith Potential: 2. This can be increased with Freebies.
Choose Enhancements, if any.

Merits and Flaws:
